      - Company communicates top down very well, CEO actually cares about employees! - SA Team is AMAZING! - Really good tech becoming great - Excellent pay and benefits - Great culture and community...work life balance is valued! - Go public, stay private, whatever...still killin' it ;-) - Rapid growth

      Nothing's perfect - Tech has a ways to go in some segments - Sometimes, decisions that require speed and confidence seem to take too long - Rapid growth (and the pains associated)

      Pros

      The people and the culture are great. There are obviously growing pains but there is a continued focus on keeping the culture alive. The product is also a source of excitement, the growth we are seeing shows this is the rocketship to be on. Also, have a great work-life balance and throughout the pandemic, the CEO has shown continued focus on mental health and safety.

      Cons

      Every company has growing pains, definitely miss being in the office but that's no fault to the company. I do sometime worry about ability to grow and move up within my team.
