      The people and the culture - fantastic! Management wants to see you succeed and feel happy and fulfilled in your work.

      Cons

      I would say the biggest downside is a common problem for startups - keeping up with hiring and growth so people aren't overworked. There can be longer days, but we're always encouraged to take time off or head out early when we can.

      Cons

      How to manage your time? So much to do. But Netskope offers unlimited vacation (US Only) and great benefits like 6 weeks paternity leave.
