      Pros

      Very many intelligent talented people.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional culture. Driven by Cliquey groups. Same 5% of the “in” cliques promoting each other, patting each other on the back. Fragmented leadership, lack of unified coherent connected strategy. Company struggled to figure out a profitable business model. Sales cycles very long and expensive. Multiple layoffs, lots of people quitting and leaving to competitors. “Franchise players” with lots of equity quitting and leaving pre IPO, That is a sign that things are going horribly wrong, people have lost faith and are fleeing to better pastures.

      Compensation depends on geo politics rather than company performance

      Work from home is the only perks

      Cons

      ->Compensation is nowhere near the market standard. ->The hikes depend on the geopolitics rather than the company's performance. ->There is no diversity. We do not even know our teammates due to the WFH setup, there are no events that bring all the team together at least once a year. ->The platform is not stable and the constant push for Gartner to mark Netskope as leader is for the company to go IPO.

      Netskope i was a very good organization as they have best Products in market. One of the standout aspects of working with Netskope is their dedication to staying ahead of the curve. They consistently provide cutting-edge solutions and insights into emerging threats, ensuring that our defenses are robust and up-to-date. Their continuous monitoring services have given us peace of mind, knowing that we are always protected against the latest cyber threats. Company has shown very good growth and has very good customer base which itself shows high reliability

      - Management can be more transparent - HR Head for India in not approachable or Open for any suggestions with respect to improvement to any policies : It would greatly benefit the organization if the HR Head could be more accessible and receptive to ideas for enhancing policies. Encouraging a more open dialogue would help ensure that valuable employee input is considered and addressed, ultimately contributing to a more positive and responsive work environment. - Hikes are unevenly distributed : Senior level Vs Lower Level (Highly biased)
