      Free lunchs, company & product has a ton of potential, company projected for success and to be a leader

      Cons

      Too many changes, too much turnover. Work Life balance is not the best.

      - Multi talented people. - Vision of CEO is Great ( Special Mention : Sanjay Beri, CEO ( Marvel Name : Tony Stark ) ) - Great Culture. - Compensations & stock options are good. - Supportive & Understanding ( Special Mention : Alok Kothari ( Marvel Name : Dr Strange ) , MD, India ) - Product seem to have great scope.

      Cons

      - A regional people tyranny exists . It has to be evaded ( improving culture) in order to prevent more hatred among employees. - More employee perks can be given to make employee happier and healthier.
