Discontent Amongst HR Team Members : Almost reached Breaking Point

Pros

Great Company , Good technology . Our CEO is one of the greatest leader .He One of the only reason to work for. We should all be thankful to him to maintain and teach culture lesson to all employees accross Netskope. CEO does a great job of motivating people & celebrating success plus failures.

Cons

HR leadership lacks Vision. Entire HR team is disgruntled and often dissatisfied with the lack of vision. Disillusioned HR Team: Lack of Leadership Vision and Connection Leaves Staff Adrift. There are no growth and learning opportunities for HR Team members. Hence, no motivation levers exist.

If you are a yes boss to the US team, then you may grow.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. The quality of work is very bad. They may fire you any time, especially if your US counterpart doesn't like your face or may think you are better than them.

The pay was good, remote work.

Cons

It's a very "buddy buddy" environment. Some people weren't willing to show you things to do your job. if you are a seasoned engineer of any kind, don't bother.
