1. The use of cutting edge technologies. 2. Great learning curve with competitive products in the market. 3. Decent pay

Cons

1. No job security, lots of silent lay offs to retain capital. 2. No work life balance, work on weekends, but still there's no merit on your hard work. 3. Lots of favouritism, your manager is never satisfied with you, always pointing at your faults without any appreciation and Hitler Director. 4. No perks whosoever, company doesn't even provide/reimburse basic accesories. 5. Forget your variable pay and appraisal in peanuts. 6. False promise about stock compensation

*Nice product, much to learn *100% Work from home *Great Team (Also depends on your manager) *Good salary at the time of joining and compensated by 3-4% hike and deducting bonus afterwards. However if someone is not good at negotiation, HR will try to trap on the name of RSU.

Cons

*Many hike misses at random appraisal cycle. *Delayed IPO. *Forced Layoff , where they will make you leave company without them asking by jeopardizing career aspirations and stagnating financially. *As a consolation HR will give RSU, however, it has no value as if you leave organization before IPO even vested RSU will be forfeited. *Stock and RSU has no value because of high exercise price(Even more than current stock value as per company's own assessment). RSU will become null and void if company never goes IPO or if someone leaves organization or laid off.

- HR touts 'unlimited' time off as a benefit but in reality they load you up and frown on taking time off. - Highly political environment where good managers are forced out and ruthless managers are promoted. No shortage of back stabbing. - No IPO after a decade +.
