Good place to work no worries, salary not up to market. Work from home facility available (Hybrid Model)

Cons

Mostly 24/7 shifts, Salary not competative. Giving less hike even though get promoted. Management should be more focus on encouraging employees. Work load depends on project you are working.

Cons

Will give you 30/60/90 days PIP whenever you do something wrong. If you cannot finish the project they will fire you, even though you are a full time employee.
