      Cons

      Will give you 30/60/90 days PIP whenever you do something wrong. If you cannot finish the project they will fire you, even though you are a full time employee.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
