Cons

Poor pay, no training, lots of people in the wrong jobs particularly at management level. Always hiding in their offices. Never around to make decisions. Career prospects only happens if your manager likes you. Have to provide own tea and coffee.

Behind in tech. Everything is still done manually and it is incredibly tedious. Left after 3 months Kept being threatened with redundancy due to restructuring
