      A smart way of doing Recruitment

      Pros

      Great environment and communication with Management. If you are in Sales the company empowers you to manage your own business and trust your gut on your decisions. No micromanagement or KPI-driven environment. You can really feel the company’s value and business vision.

      Cons

      Even though its an English company with offices in London, Frankfurt and Barcelona, most of the employees are French (so you might feel a bit left out of most conversations if you don’t speak the language) and the company is mainly focused on the French market.

      Pros

      The way of management is pure mediocracy with a transparent career plan. There is plenty of room for motivated people to grow and gain great rewards. This is a very nice workplace with nice and welcoming people. Managers are really supportive ans the work/life balance is well respected here which is quite rare in this industry.

      Cons

      salaries and commissions are not that high from entry level.
