Very toxic atmosphere: few people had all powers given by the direction while the rest ( the majority) was treated with no consideration at all. Lack of enterprise culture, lack of respect towards these employees, poor management, lack of equity. Everyone ( except these few favourite) was unhappy but stayed until they found another job. Was the worse experience of my life , and this is something you realize even more when you leave.
