      Pros

      They care about their employees. The management is close and friendly, and always open to help and support the employee and their career. Nice L&D program, especially for the new hires with no previous on the sector. A really friendly, multicultural, and funny environment where you can easily socialize with everyone (not just your team). Established career path, you have all the objectives to reach your promotion. At MA you will find an amazing amount of people, with different personalities and motivations. Nevertheless, all of them work hard and with passion for their job. If you like the challenges, and you are a true fan of diversity and inclusion MA will be a great place for you!

      No disadvantages at all. As a company, they are constantly working to improve.

      Pros

      Great comisions, athmosphere, lots of flexibility, preassure to give results but not like the aggresive envioremt you can find in other firms. Great office, people is helpful and you can have fun too while working.

      Cons

      cant think of any a part from that they could have other (better) employee benefits, like gym, pension scheme or sick days allowance.
