Pros

The company cares about its customers. The benefits are good. If you like political environments, you will thrive.

Cons

The company does not care about its employees The senior leadership commits to impossible deadlines and then expects team to work unlimited hours with no comp time or overtime pay. Review process is reprehensible. Managers meet and discuss each person so basically it becomes a popularity contest. Then there is a forced ranking so if all persons on a team are equal the curve forces someone to the bottom for a low rating.

Pros

Not hard work, it's typical of big IT. If you want to learn about ITILs, PMP, SLA, and all that other IT gibber gabber If you're really bad at managing people you will shine at Met.

Cons

You're hear this a thousand times a day, "WHEN I WAS AT MORGAN" IT in Investments survives by staying out of the way, Maintain, don't innovate. Don't ask, check the box you box checker you..

Pros

If you can get your work done and can pretty much work without much supervision. Work-Life balance opportunity !was! excellent.

Cons

Poorly managed projects and people. Management is mostly full of it and out of touch. Metlife changed a lot when it went public, as most companies do. But if they do not take care of the employee than the customer will suffer.
