Management expect you to die for them, your rating gets hampered if you get hospitalised or someone dies at your home, you have to inform of these things too in advance, renumeration and recognition is a big time challenge, we are fake promised on a daily basis that we are working on it to raise the complexity or renumeration of your process and it will happen shortly and enormous workload is added. I am afraid someday they will even make us wear bangles and make us dance saying that we can ask of you anything within your working hours.
Toxic team huddles are our daily dose, employees are thrashed on a daily basis, the higher the managerial position, the worse is the person. You can feel the greed in the eyes of management and you will never feel your concerns are addressed. They tell you to reach out to them freely because they will win, turn it into an argument, misuse their managerial power, and finally you will leave understanding that there is no point banging your head on a wall.
Another corrupted policy which if followed here is the forced rating system of associate population. No matter if a team has performed tremendously, but there HAS to be at least ONE poor lad who is forcely rated as an unsatsifactory employee of the month, because hey, it's our policy and we can't do anything!
I am afraid I may commit a suicide here someday shortly with the ongoing circumstances..
