Pros

good benefits and that is it

Cons

there are too many.. 1) No work life balance. Being a new mother, there is no flexible time allowed. Manager don't even listen to your problems and still claims that they will be flexible. normal office hour is 9-5 but being a new mother, if you go to breastfeed your baby, you are expected to cover that time. That is super ridiculous after being salaried employee. 2)Just new building, but the management is too old fashioned. 3)cream talent has started leaving the company already.

Pros

Seeing employees I know from a previous employer. Nice onboarding program prior to joining your personal department.

Cons

Interview and actual position are a mismatch. Charlotte, NC pay is lower than the majority of competitors.

Pros

Flexible work arrangements were nice

Cons

Company values and leadership both were horrible! Too much office politics in play which meant that only certain persons received all the advancement opportunities.
