      Poor communication; Restricted access to senior management; Hard to rise in organization without a previous relationship with a senior manager; Too many meetings and powerpoint presentation and not enough actual work; do it cheap and fast not right

      Work life balance is a pro and benefits and 401k are a really good.

      Cons

      Upper management always changing raises are not the best at most 2-3% and outlook is some vague with the constant re-organizations
