Pros

Metlife has great benefit and a good training program to get you started well, and you can really make your own schedule - which can be good and bad for the right person.

Cons

However, the leadership isn't always great, there is a lot of turnover, and the compensation is on the low end for the industry.

Pros

A leading global financial powerhouse very focused on customer centricity and talent management. Committed leaders and a strong pipeline of talent coming through

Cons

Too many work from home arrangements limits teamwork. Recently hired and continuing to hire large numbers of high performing and high potential talent from the outside which could be demotic aging for long term internal talent
