      I liked having a lot of client interaction. I was able to talk to people that were contributing to the business.

      Cons

      The job got boring after a while. Lots of making calls, but there is money to be made if the client closes.

      Turnover. Going thru a lot of change/transformation. A lot of downsizing. Hard to move into management. Not enough being done to retain/bring in diverse talent. More about who you know.
