      Good but full of politics and favouritism.

      Pros

      Good for freshers to start. Good for job hoppers. Enjoy the benefits and relax if you can put down your dignity and become an a h politician.

      Cons

      Talented people find hard to stay for long as people already in management play a lot of politics and do a lot of favouritism. You will be hired only if they find some project in hand hard to crack at their level otherwise they will hire someone from their relatives. They have grown into a sophisticated gang that has generated ways to remain on their positions and fool everyone in top management in LA and do whatever as they want. You are supposed to become like them or you will get fired some day definitely.

      Pros

      Things move very slowly. Good hours. No late night work.

      Cons

      Many people work very inefficiently. They don't understand the concept of prioritization. Those people slow you down too. The org culture is very depressing

      1. Good pay 2. Good engagement activity 3. Great Work - life balance (1-2 day WFH/month) 4. Sufficient internal movement opportunities for junior level employees (1.5 to 7 lakh CTC)

      Cons

      1. Hiring/ Promotion policies are just not followed. People sitting at same level within same team can have huge CTC difference - Can range from 7 to 13 lakhs! 2. Camera phones not allowed 3. Daily frisking 4. No subsidy in cafeteria 5. Notice period of minimum 2 months for any employee
