Pros
1. Good pay 2. Good engagement activity 3. Great Work - life balance (1-2 day WFH/month) 4. Sufficient internal movement opportunities for junior level employees (1.5 to 7 lakh CTC)
Cons
1. Hiring/ Promotion policies are just not followed. People sitting at same level within same team can have huge CTC difference - Can range from 7 to 13 lakhs! 2. Camera phones not allowed 3. Daily frisking 4. No subsidy in cafeteria 5. Notice period of minimum 2 months for any employee
