Challenging, fast-paced environment, but super rewarding

Pros

- Amazing culture! The team feels like a tight-nit community with great energy - Very exciting projects on the product side with AI tailwinds (integrations are becoming central to all AI companies' strategies)

Cons

- If you don't thrive in ambiguous environments, this is probably not the place for you. Still a start-up in its scaling phase, and things can feel hectic and fast-moving, but that’s also what makes it exciting if that kind of environment energizes you

Pros

Merge is an incredible company. Everyone is incredibly smart, kind, and hard working. Working in person only grows your connection to the amazing people that work here. Merge is solving a crucial problem in the tech space, and I feel fully confident in what the people are building here.

Cons

If you're not comfortable in a fast-paced environment, this might not be the right fit.
