Pros
Merge is an incredible place to work — from the people, the in-person environment, and the challenges we work together to solve. Given what we do, you’re exposed to a wide array of technologies and use-cases. There’s a level of extreme ownership provided to all, which highlights leaderships’ trust in Mergies to do the right thing. Merge is also one of the few Series B companies that have invested in a powerhouse strategic finance team, RevOps, marketing, and People/Recruiting function. This makes the experience for all employees way more structured in the best way possible so we can operate at our best. Although the work is challenging, having the ability to work 5 days in person at a beautiful office (with a Bevy machine and all the snacks you’d want) makes for a vibrant environment where people can have a ton of fun daily. Lastly, because we are in person, we are more selective about who we hire so that they are people we want to interact with daily and eat dinner + lunch with!
