Professional organisation, good people and strong leadership

Cons

Massive disparity in work ethic and blind eye turned to some practices which benefit the company and lot more than they did our clients. Number of positions for positions sake in London and a lot of non client facing and income generating hangers on.

Stable full time job without fearing of getting laid off.

Cons

It is either a couple hundred for bonus and no raise or a couple hundred raise. Management is awful. No cellphone policy.
