Best Location in Mumbai , perks to work with like Annual bonus , and festival gifts, and annual party, good mediclaim policy and life insurance, internal opportunities via IJP - can be normal or lateral, chance of going to client site for meet and greet, also lot to learn and develop professional skills

Cons

Operations department was very fine before 2015, later it started working in micromanagement , so the work which is grade as MNC/KPO category that changed to bpo and then you feel like working in call centre and providing details of what you did every minute from 480 minutes
