Great work environment. Good school to learn from the sector. A lot of independence and confidence in the way you want to work. Very decent non salary benefits.

Cons

There are complexes of superiority and inferiority depending on the area to which one belongs. It is said that they do not have competitive salaries. There is no clearly defined career plan.
