      Pros

      MMA truly values their employees. They offer opportunities for growth and have a familial culture despite their large size. Management does a great job of caring for their employees. I truly see myself working in this company for many years to come.

      This is probably the best company which hires freshers with satisfying salary, great facility, Transport facility, Medical Insurance . Good Training facility

      Cons

      After sometime when you spend your time at Mercer you will feel like you need more exposure which this organization lacking at offshore, Lack of technologies, and outdated tool is an obstacle for your progress
