      Pros

      Some talented and caring leaders. Excellent benefits with extensive technology platform for employees that enable access to information and benefits..

      Cons

      IT department is not always responsive. They need a better IT request tracking process to make improvements in response. Security corrupted some files that could not be restored.

      Got it! We live in a very complex matrix environment and have to guard not to let it get out of control. Getting the right level of process balanced with a sense of urgency has to be our focus.
