Pros
Family environment, HR does things to try to make employees feel valued. Nice office space. BIG believers in employee education
Cons
The Management had cut down their staff so much that the work load is actually painful for those that remain. I find myself working into the night while the lights and heat turn off automatically around me. I have even reversed PTO days to meet client needs. This company meets it's goals on the backs of some really dedicated people; but we are often exhausted during the process. Clients feel the tension too. Little room for growth. My direct report has been in her position for almost 20 years!
