Large network and reach due to size. Strong benchmarking statistics for clients. Able to transfer to other offices easily due to worldwide presence.

Cons

You could go years without a raise. Need to appreciate employees with better bonuses and better and more consistent raises.

Large corporate environment in need of TLC. Ripe with opportunity to implement best practices, if management will allow it.

Cons

Most of MGTI senior management are technically inept, and more concerned with maintaining a facade and shifting blame. Collaboration between teams is non-existent.
