      Good company but be prepared to put in way more hours a week than a normal job.

      Pros

      Good benefits and fair market value pay, global company (lots of locations), great coworkers, can work remotely if needed and management will try to make as many accommodations as possible to keep you happy and employed there if you work hard.

      Cons

      As stated in the title, be prepared to work excessive hours because they are a global company. 10 hour work days is not uncommon.

      Pros

      1. Always there is new things to learn. 2. Good support from local and senior management 3. Training - Core training for analysts in classroom environment, they take the time to make sure you know what you are doing 4. People - Having strong technical backgrounds as analysts, make a strong team, I had an opportunity to progress to 2nd line team in 2 years since joining. 5. Very nice Milton Keynes office. Gold location and professional look. 6. Fun environment, lots of charity events, opportunity to volunteer and take time off without booking holidays to do so.

      Cons

      Some underperforming employees may spoilt it for others, management team seem to address these though.
