      Pros

      Great benefits, especially regarding vacation days, fast-paced work environment. Additionally, the company does a really great job allowing employees to develop new skills. One of the best things about MS is many people have the opportunity to travel. Another benefit is getting to work with and meet people from all over the world; it is a really diverse company.

      Cons

      The company has several shortcoming. The company does not communicate very effectively with the staff; often times I felt in the dark regarding my future assignments and living situations. The working hours are very rigid. I spent a lot of time in the office not because of heavy work demands but because my superiors wanted me to look good for the client.

      Pros

      Exposure to the client, everyone is hired with the same level of experience (none or very few) and that creates a good organizational climate.

      Cons

      I didn't have the international experience that I was aiming for, nor the different projects and clients that was hoping for. I worked in the same location with the same clients for 2.5 years.
