      Pros

      Very nice technology (consumer) but still not enterprise ready, first view friendly open working environment

      Cons

      Second view: what’s the goal? What’s the strategy? When are the teams really working together and not against each other, no wonder that there is a high hire and fire ratio?

      Nice office area. Reasonable Pay. `Up and coming` security service. Tools are typically current.

      Cons

      Management / Team leads are not inspiring. No tolerance for learning. Recruitment sells you the moon; you get a moon pie. If you are not a 'one of the cool kids' your excluded.

      Amazing, Full of Information

      Pros

      Amazing company culture. The culture is strong enough to push people to be a volunteer to anything. Project management is perfect on some departments. Work/life balance depends on you. If you want to work harder, learn harder you got everything that you need at the office inside the company. Nobody will say to where are you going, why did you come left. The company is full of organizations which are perfectly organizing for learning something new, meet with real self with psychological tests, traveling etc. Malwarebytes invests in you, as an employee with personality tests, educations etc. They want to develop yourself as much as possible, there is no limit. People in Malwarebytes are friendly, smart, hardworking and helpful. Big organization but not cooperate. Small enough to affected by your success and failure, big enough to attract talented people.

      Cons

      The fast-growing brings too much pain in roles, responsibility, accountability etc. Sometimes work can be stuck on some people, we should solve this person dependency issue. Sometimes in the meetings, people willing to understand you in the way that you don't mean, we should always focus on what we said not what we mean. Meaning always depends on the people, words not.
