Pros

- Fast-paced. Very lean company so we work hard play hard. This is a pro for those who crave growth environments. Some will see this as a con and won't last here.
- Cash flow positive/profitable company. Why do you care? Malwarebytes controls its destiny.
- Great perks. Full medical, dental, vision, and life coverage. 401(k) matching up to 3%. Open time off. Free drinks and snacks.
Every company will have their grumps but most people genuinely love working here and you can tell.
Cons
- Average compensation in Silicon Valley. Could be higher to attract/retain better talent.
- Some teams are pressured to put butts in seats but aren't filling positions with the highest quality candidates. May be that interviewers are inexperienced or due to compensation.
- Higher turnover lately. But then again, it's the Silicon Valley where people are constantly looking for greener grass...
