      Pros

      - Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where ever needed - Flexible work schedule - Great benefits - Open to new ideas - Micromanaging does not exist

      Cons

      - Company is still in start-up mode so resources (people) are shared and limited which makes it difficult to feel like you are making an impact - Tools are not fully developed so tasks that should be easy become difficult and time consuming

I also love the rolling up of the sleeves aspect of our culture as we work to solve interesting problems and play a part towards our mission. To the point you made about Tools, I can't quite speak to that but please share your thoughts/ideas with your Manager so we can get a sense of what could enhance productivity.

      Pros

      - Have an amazing experience so far. - Great company culture - I work with absolutely fantastic people - The leadership team is very approachable. - Have a great work-life balance. - Feels great when we work towards a common goal.

      Cons

      - Some of the processes have to be improved but that's part of the journey.

Everyone has an opportunity to contribute and make a great impact toward the direction of the company. - Awesome culture: - Open door policy! - No hierarchy! - No politics! - Flexible in support of employee work/life schedule! - Talented and passionate people! - Supportive and transparent leadership! - Competitive compensation! But most importantly, we all get to work on amazing products that have consistently been reviewed as Most Trusted by our customers!

      Cons

      I’ve been here almost a year and I still don’t have anything I can note as a Con! I love coming into work each day and be part of a great team! I love the people and the work I’m doing! We are working on products that contribute to a safer society for people! I’ve worked for many great companies and people but this has been the best by far!
