Pros
I am very excited to be part of a strategic and visionary team. Its a very collaborative environment. I feel my input is valued. It really feels like the employees care about the company and that management cares about the staff. Senior management has been excellent on communications to the entire team on an ongoing basis. The onboarding experience was good as they provide team members that you can easily reach out to with further questions or for help. Plus I love working for company that people like the product!
Cons
There's a lot of tools that we have access to use but they are tools that I have used often. And the ones that have been new to me, usually have been pretty intuitive to learn and use.
