      Pros

      You name it! All of the things I was looking for out of a career is here. Flexible schedule, time off to be with my family, competitive compensation, fun and laid back atmosphere, the list goes on. You really do feel like part of a family working here.

      Cons

      They are new, and thus working out the kinks of a growing, start-up like company. If you are not willing to get into the trenches and make a difference than maybe it wouldn't be a good fit. Work hard, provide your honest input, and there won't be any Cons.

      Supportive environment with good benefits, but limited remote flexibility

      Pros

      The work environment is calm, supportive, and well-organized, making it easy to stay focused and productive. The relationship among colleagues is excellent, with a collaborative and friendly team culture. The company provides high-quality equipment and the tools needed to perform the job efficiently. The salary is good and the overall compensation package is very attractive. In addition to meal vouchers, employees benefit from a wide range of fringe benefits, including sports and wellness programs, private health insurance, and several other perks that contribute to a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      One downside is the limited flexibility regarding remote work. Although the company is part of a large global tech organization, the Italian branch is still quite conservative when it comes to offering fully remote positions. As a result, employees are required to follow a hybrid work model with a minimum mandatory office presence. This can be a significant drawback for people who do not live near the office, as it limits flexibility and may require regular commuting despite the nature of the work being suitable for remote collaboration.
