      Pros

      The culture is strong at Malwarebytes mainly because people are friendly, smart and hardworking. The Santa Clara offices are in a great location and there's awesome perks on offer. The company mission is powerful, the products are market-leading and revenues are in great shape.

      Cons

      If you're coming from a big company, it will take a little time to adjust. The pace here is intense but in the right way. We work hard but still have fun and maintain a culture of respect.

      lots of growing pains, very little loyalty unless you're part of the "core"
