Great company and culture, but going through rough times

Great benefits, unlimited PTO, very friendly culture

Cons

Mismanagement on a high level; large round of layoffs due to some things the 32-year-old CEO should have seen coming and planned better for.

Great people, a lot of promotion opportunities

Cons

Very unrealistic targets and bad pay/benefits compared to other companies. Management refuses to work on issues that have been going on for a very long time. Sales department take the brunt of every bad decision and is expected to save the day, with minimum to non existent support.
