      Pros

      Really good people that care about the company. The product is really good and is trusted. Many hard changes, but understandable since they are really working hard to build their brand.

      Cons

      Still trying to find where they fit and how to stand out from the competitors. The company wants to take care of its people, but hard when there are so many challenges with who they are.
