      Pros

      Good benefits and really nice people. Office is decent and feeling of the office is very much a family. Good unlimited time off policy. I really enjoy working with many of the people I work with on a regular basis. Great work life balance. Great to be part of a company that is growing as fast as we are. CEO is very smart and when focused can be a great leader.

      Cons

      Definitely not top tier talent and it is very clear many senior people have position because of relationships and not skill. Very fast growing but that means weakness in leadership is showing more and more. Way too much focus on friends and partying then results or who is actually getting results. Pay is low to very low for most positions.

      Pros

      Fun place to work, more and more things keep coming to office at San Jose for betterment of employees. They know how to take care of employees. The CEO is amazing!

      Cons

      The pay scale in general does not match the market price. That's a common complaint of every employee in general.
