      Pros

      Team is great, especially the manager. I think he was born to be a manager. We’re getting better and better at improving our best practices and communication within the team.

      Cons

      Since some people work in the US, the time difference sometimes makes it a bit inconvenient but I got used to it.

      There are still some really great people here.

      * CEO doesn't know what he's doing * Venture capitalists are now essentially in control * A series of layoffs have eliminated people with important knowledge, leading to some very public blunders recently that could have been avoided * Job security is not assured * There are rumors of pervasive sexual harassment from the very top of one of the teams
