      Company is restructuring and going through growing pains

      Pros

      Work/Life balance is good, but I'm not sure about that any more with the restructure going on. My managers have treated me well. It was a great opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Now that company is separating into 2 business units, and both business units need to be successful, then there is a going to be a lot of stress for the remaining employees.

      Pros

      There are some great people still at Malwarebytes who care about what they are doing and want to do what's best for the company and their clients.

      Cons

      Leadership left over after the most recent layoffs are very unqualified for their positions. They have little to no previous experience in what they are responsible for building and managing on a daily basis and long term. With how many key people who were let go in revenue-generating departments it's hard to see a path forward for success.
