      Brilliant product, but not so brilliant people

      Pros

      The products are great and are going into the right direction, facilities are marvellous and altogether the spirit is okay.

      Cons

      Growing much too fast, no real structure and everything is now ordered by sales demands, even when that doesn´t make any sense at all! Too many idle loops which are growing all the time and some people are working for goals, nobody ever defined for them.

      I would have given a zero rating if I could.

      Cons

      The ship is sinking fast, jump before it pulls you down with it! Most of the executive staff are gone & the CEO has no authority anymore. The CEO doesn't care that it's happening since he's spending time posting on his social media about purchasing lavishing gifts/trips for himself/girlfriend/friends. Many of his social media friends are his employees/ex-employees so they see this. He doesn't care for them, he's just looking to make money. Why are you loyal to someone who doesn't have your best interest at heart? He's not able to shelter/protect you any longer.

      The good, bad, ugly

      Pros

      Coworkers and my team. IMO, one of the best teams to work with and for. Leadership has an open door and ear to listen to all the good, bad, and ugly. Always open to hearing about career growth internally.

      Cons

      Do not come in having high expecations for pay. Notorious for under paying, and leadership and the board hasn't rewarded overachieving employees with any sort of compenstation.
