Pros
- great product - used to be a good craic in the office - up until a few months ago, you could get very creative on how to grow the market assigned - commission used to be very good - flat hierarchy - used to be very creative with new projects to drive revenue - remote work - flexible hours - if you are being liked, you get a lot of appreciation
Cons
- drastically shifting to micro management - workload is unmanageable - they put up high targets which nobody is able to achieve anymore - so no commission gets paid out (or very low) - no resources to succeed in market assigned
