      Pros

      Great people, super smart and generally out to make sure everyone succeeds. The benefits are amazing and the open time off policy is great not not abused.

      Cons

      Been here about 1.5 years and can't really think of anything yet.

      Pros

      I've never been at a company that cares so much about its' people, and not just as employees. I feel supported, trusted, and valued for the first time in years and I can't imagine being anywhere else. My schedule is flexible and I can easily take care of other things in my life without worrying about coming back to, "Where were you?" questions and micromanagement. Making it even better are the people on my team and across the company that are smart, dedicated, and passionate about the work that they do. There are growing pains, as with any young company. But the executives genuinely want to make things better and will listen if there are concerns. Our CEO has a real open door policy where you can speak to him confidentially about anything without fear of repercussions.

      Cons

      It's difficult to have good communication across the globe sometimes. We need more opportunities to learn about what's happening outside of our teams so we don't end up working in silos.
