      - Fantastic people - Coworkers willing to help and teach you - Good culture - The product is great - Decent pay - Great office - Good work/life balance

      - Unorganized - Sometimes miscommunication between departments

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros, but the company culture is the biggest one. I've worked in enterprise IT for 11 years now and I've never seen anything like it. The CEO shares so much great info with the staff in a truly transparent monthly all hands meeting. The fact that he obviously cares so much inspires the entire company to work harder than I've ever seen before. This cultivates an incredibly positive work environment. It is a fast paced, dynamic and never boring. I feel continuously inspired to do my best. There are also a lot of added perks such as free food and excellent health insurance.

      Cons

      The Clearwater office is jam-packed full of staff but I hear rumors that they will be moving to a larger office soon.

      Good company, wouldn't want to make it a forever type of job

      Pros

      It is a fun place to work, good people, and it is enjoyable to go to work. Ok pay and extras.

      Cons

      No real career pathing, feels a lot like high school with many of the types that go on between the relation ships, which effects raises, promotions, and anything else that is important with a job.
