      Pros

      This company does a great job making their employees feel like this is a career spot; I place they want to end up in long term. The product is fantastic and widely respected, the leadership is transparent, and the CEO is great.

      Cons

      Not really anything I can think of. I have been working for almost a year and not one employee has left the company from the office I work out of. Seemingly non-existent turn over rate
