      Not a great company to work for to say the least.

      Pros

      Some nice people there but this is true in any company

      Cons

      They lured me to join because they were supposedly going IPO. I am still waiting! They also were supposed to offer me a management position. It never happened. Too much politics in there, the RSD (who never held this position before) did not have a clue what he was doing. We had to go out there and sell some half developed products. I left not to impact my credibility further

      Like others say, they hire and fire people quickly through silent layoffs, no one has job security at Malwarebytes.
