Pros

The benefits are wonderful, your superiors work with you to grow to your desired level, and the work balance life is very fair.

Cons

Working the holidays is always rough, especially when the customers are so grouchy. The pay can be very rewarding once you have established yourself.

The other co-workers were friendly and nice to be around. The location of the Macys in which i worked in was close.

Cons

The interview process too a long time. I do not have many other Cons to say about Macys as an overall employer

casual environment was ok and so was the store discount. Also the one i worked at was in the mall, so yay break time!

Cons

They let any body work here, really all types. so you gotta be open minded and social. Plus i got a store credit card in the mail aoutomatically right after i started working there. Did not want nor did i use it.
