benefits, rewarding, very good training.

Cons

I don't feel that there were any cons except when it gets really busy around Christmas, but that's most call centers. The holidays can be overwhelming but at the same time fun and a good learning experience.

Pros

Friendly environment with a lot of flexibility given to its employees. Its a low pressure job where you are not often faced with strict deadlines.

Cons

Management provides very little motivation to keep you happy. There are times where you will sit and browse the internet for days on end. You can ask for work from management, but many times, they will just give you a few quick projects that only last a few hours, and you are back to the Internet.
